Dr. Shannon Leon is one of the world's leading board certified Functional Neurologists. He is a Fellow of the American College of Functional Neurology, a Fellow of the American Board of Vestibular Rehabilitation, Board Certified in Functional Neurology, and is currently completing a fellowship in Traumatic Brain Injuries and his PhD in nutrition. With over a decade of expertise in clinical practice, Dr. Leon is renowned for his extraordinary abilities in neurological assessment and cutting-edge treatment strategies without the use of drugs or surgery. Dr. Leon is a distinguished graduate of the prestigious Carrick Institute, Brandeis University, Logan College, and the American College of Functional Neurology. He has excellent success in treating a wide range of neurological and physical conditions from traumatic brain injuries/concussion, vertigo and dizziness, spinal pain/disc disorders, ADD/ADHD and childhood learning disorders. In addition, using vitamins, nutrition, and lifestyle, Dr. Leon has successfully treated and reversed obesity, high blood pressure, heart disease, type-2 diabetes, and pregnancy toxemia. Other common conditions treated by Dr. Leon include: diplopia, strabismus, ocular motor disorders, Bell's Palsy, arthritis, plantar fasciaitis, sports injuries, migraines, fibromyalgia, dysautonomia, sciatica, foot drop, and more. He resides in New York with his wife and two children.

 

Dr. Jason Langhough is a board-certified Functional Neurologist out of the Carrick Institute in Cape Canaveral, Florida; and he has worked at Leon Functional Neurology since 2016.  Dr. Langhough (lang-how) was recruited from Florida where he trained for years under Functional Neurologist Dr. David Kemp, and where he worked at the distinguished Plasticity Brain Centers. A transplant to Long Island, Dr. Langhough grew up predominantly in Charlotte, North Carolina and graduated from the University of Georgia and then from Palmer Chiropractic in Florida. His histories as an amateur boxer and as a competitive soccer player forge a focus toward brain health and perpetual life enhancement.
